The Lawn, the Library, the Lone Star Bar and More

The first of which is the 10th Floor, which is home to a range of different social and amenity spaces that encompass both the interior and the exterior of the building.
The Lawn and the dog park span the complete exterior of the 10th floor and serve as a 12,000-square-foot urban backyard where residents can enjoy the beautiful Central Texas springs and summers – swimming, walking, playing, cooking and more, all with breathtaking views of the Capitol and Congress Avenue. The Lawn is a perfect space for outdoor entertaining and relaxation, complete with a 75-foot lap pool, seven-seat saltwater spa, lounge chairs, eight luxury cabanas, outdoor cooking spaces and more. The dog park compliments The Lawn on the western side of the building, offering The Austonian’s furry residents an ideal space to frolic and play. The dog park features Synlawn synthetic grass and a sanitary draining system to keep the area in pristine shape, and is adjacent to a comprehensive indoor pet grooming room.
Also located inside the building on the 10th floor is the Lonestar Bar (otherwise known as the Billiard and Game Room) which is an intimate and casual space for residents to enjoy with flat screen TVs, club chairs, a pool table, and a full catering kitchen that can provide service to both the Lone Star Bar and the Lawn area.The Billiard and Game room is a favorite spot for resident activities, and is home to game nights, happy hours, sports watching parties and more. Resident watching parties can also take place in the 10th floor Theater, which features a 133-inch HDTV screen, 12 stadium style seats and tablet controls that residents can reserve for movie nights or football games. Situated in the middle of it all is The Austonian library – a tranquil space that offers residents a wide range of books and a light-filled reading environment looking out over the Lawn. The 10th floor amenities are rounded out with a 12-person executive meeting room that supports voice and video conference calls, as well as several private spa and treatment rooms.
Like The Austonian Club and the Fitness Center on the 55th and 56th floors, each of the 10th floor amenity spaces are open and available for residents and their guests to use and enjoy 24 hours a day. They serve as natural extensions of each resident’s home and provide them with additional spaces for socializing with their neighbors and having fun.
