The 56th-floor Fitness Center at The Austonian is outfitted with state-of-the-art gym equipment, as well as a yoga and Pilates studio. The gym is at the top of The Austonian – the tallest building in Austin – and has 360-degree views of the city and the surrounding hill country. While residents are welcome to bring their own personal trainers into the building's facilities, Tim Meyer of Tim Meyer Athletic Development is the preferred provider of fitness programming for The Austonian. Meyer, who has been working in the strength and conditioning/fitness industry for over ten years, helps residents of The Austonian stay fit with group and personal training sessions.

Grocery Delivery, Nutrition,
and Meal Preparation

Realize your nutritional goals by making informed decisions about what you eat. Grocery delivery is available and includes offerings from local organic growers, artisanal cheese makers and grass-fed ranchers. Informed nutritionists are available for consulting and customized meal delivery can be arranged to meet your dietary needs. The Austonian features private catering kitchens available for professional use, making party preparation easy.

Vehicle Care

Owning a vehicle is made easy at The Austonian, with 24-hour parking specialists available to retrieve and park your vehicle. The Austonian offers additional vehicle-related services including car washes, maintenance delivery and more.

With Flash Valet, residents at The Austonian have the luxury of requesting their car via text. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of requesting their car via text. No more waiting outside. It's the ultimate in convenience.
