GREER INTERIOR DESIGN

Since the building’s inception, Jennifer Greer Hartmann and Lindsay Maki of GREER Interior Design worked on the design of public spaces, model homes and select private residences at The Austonian. The GREER team was chosen for the new phase of design because of their prior experience in the building, and the years of high-rise interior design experience they gained in Chicago, Washington D.C., San Francisco, New York City – and, of course, Austin, Texas.

ABOUT GREER

Since the building’s inception, Jennifer Greer Hartmann and Lindsay Maki of GREER Interior Design have worked on the design of the public spaces, model homes and select private residences at The Austonian. Their knowledge of the building, along with luxury interior design experience for urban homes in high-rises in Chicago, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and New York City, means they were the ideal choice for the new phase of residence design at The Austonian.

For this project, GREER Interior Design has created a range of palettes and design aesthetics for homeowners to choose from that swing in style from the classical to the modern, bold and dramatic. Each of these palettes extends far beyond the finishes and serves as a complete design package that motivates everything in the home – from architectural details, to coloration, to appliances and materials that have been sourced from around the world.

Finishes and Palettes

Bespoke, signature, curated.

Each palette is cohesively and completely designed; from the wood floor to custom millwork profile, cabinet hardware to decorative mirror, wallpaper to stone tile. These series of designed selections reinforce the specific ‘style’, creating a completely unique residence.

Transitional Modern

Serene, fresh, warm.

For the soft minimalist who likes clean lines and a serene residence. Though modern, the details of the interiors are classic in proportion and style, making the residence crisp yet warm.

Bold Luxe

Dramatic, unique, evocative.

For the stand-out, someone who likes a rich combination of rarely seen materials. There is nothing conventional about this palette; each detail and material, though eye-catching on its own, weave a balance of contrast, texture and sophistication.

Urban Artisan

Hand-crafted, detailed, embellished.

For the purveyor with an eye for detail, everything about this palette is suited to its style. Traditional materials with an urban twist: warm woods, hand cast ceramics and artistan metal work.

Transitional Traditional

Classic, timeless, tailored.

Like a pin-stripe shirt, this palette has timeless appeal. Soft, refined details in neutral tones create an enduring backdrop with subtle, old-world techniques and materials. Reserved, but in an urban, fresh manner.
