Downtown Austin Event | Austin Craft Riot Summer Show

The Austonian, Downtown Luxury Condos

The Austin Craft Riot Summer Show will be held this Saturday, August 18th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Palmer Events Center and will feature local handmade and vintage home goods, gifts and art available for purchase from vendors. Complimentary goody bags will be available for the first 50 attendees (over the age of 16) and will include gifts from featured vendors.

Founded in 2007, Austin Craft Riot is comprised of local artisans and vintage sellers working to promote the art and craft culture in Austin. The upcoming show is sponsored by several Austin-based organizations and sellers active in the arts and crafts scene: Jerry’s Artarama, The Burlap Bag, Stitch Lab, The Knitting Nest, A Quilter’s Folly, makeatx and Campsite #5.

Palmer Events Center is located less than one mile south of The Austonian downtown luxury condo building. The space often hosts large-scale events, festivals and shows. The Austin Craft Riot Summer Show is free and open to the public. For more information, including directions and parking, please visit the event website.
