With the arrival of Formula One to Austin, an increase in tourism is expected to boost the already growing number of SXSW, ACL and other yearly visitors. Friends and family of The Austonian homeowners are often among those making their way to Austin for these events, holidays and quality time with loved ones. For this reason, The Austonian provides residents access to guest suites as an extension of their home to best accommodate visitors.

The 10^th floor of the downtown luxury condo building is home to The Lawn, private spa treatment rooms, the Billiard and Game room, a media room, an executive meeting room, a catering kitchen, a pet grooming facility, and an indoor lounge and reading room. It is also home to four private guest suites which can be reserved for invited family, friends and business associates of The Austonian residents.

Gary Lee Partners, local award-winning design firm, lent their expertise to the interiors of the guest suites; each reflecting the luxury design present throughout The Austonian. Each suite is outfitted with luxurious custom bedding, Egyptian cotton sheets, a flat-panel television, miniature refrigerator and both wired and wireless Internet access.

Bottled water, bath products, and slippers and robes are also included. The Austonian also includes wine glasses and bottle openers in each suite. A private terrace allows guests in each suite a view of the city just off of Lady Bird Lake.

All suites operate under a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved no more than six months in advance. Homeowners of The Austonian can reserve up to two rooms for a maximum of seven days. A charge of $169.00 per room for each night’s stay can be charged to the resident reserving the room or the invited guest. There are nearby dog boarding facilities, such as Barking Hound Village, West Lynn Veterinary Clinic and Midtown Grooming for visiting furry friends. While pets are not allowed at the guest suites, the concierge will happily make dog boarding reservations at the request of a resident.
