Urban Wine + Liquor, the newest retail addition at the base of The Austonian, was recently featured in the Austin American-Statesman in a profile of the shop owner Buckley Wineholt.

The store features an expertly curated selection of over 1,000 wines and spirits that range from small, locally-produced items to larger, well-known brands. Wineholt brings over 30 years of experience of working with wines to Urban Wine + Liquor, and his expertise is reflected in the store’s selection and his recommendations for customers.

Urban Wine offers delivery to The Austonian and other downtown residences; and Wineholt regularly schedules events and tastings in the space, which features a mezzanine and a tasting station for this purpose.
