High above downtown Austin, residents of The Austonian luxury condominiums are afforded one of the most exclusive and beautiful environments for working out. From The Austonian Fitness Center on the utmost floor of the building, residents can watch the sunrise over downtown Austin from a yoga mat in Studio 56, or see the sun set over the sloping hills of the Hill Country from a treadmill.
The Fitness Center floor plan is divided into two distinct sections – Studio 56 on the east side and a space for cardio and strength training on the west. Both spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows to capitalize upon views, and state-of-the-art equipment available for resident use.
On the east side, Studio 56 is a serene light-filled space available for yoga and Pilates use. The room features smooth wood floors, a mirrored wall, a ballet bar and plenty of room for stretching, dancing and more. Equipment available within the studio includes Pilates equipment, as well as items needed for yoga, aerobics and strength training. Like the cardio and strength training section on the opposite side of the building, Studio 56 is open 24/7, so residents can enjoy the space any time of day for individual exercise, group sessions or with their own personal trainer.
The west side of the 56th floor Fitness Center is reserved for cardio and strength training, with more than 20 pieces of fitness equipment available for resident use. Like Studio 56,the space features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering residents an exceptional work out environment, with stunning views of Lady Bird Lake and the Central Texas Hill Country. Equipment in the space includes iPod docks and personal TVs so residents can watch of listen to whatever inspires them during their workouts.
By putting the Fitness Center at the top of the building, The Austonian ensures that everyone in the building has access to the beautiful views in Austin; and that Austonian residents are given the most exclusive and exceptional workout space available in the city of Austin.
